Of the Medicover Hospital provide medical assistance round the clock
We are at your disposal day and night. Our emergency services guaranteequick assistance and diagnostics.
The Emergency Services of the Medicover Hospital offer on-duty services of an emergency physician, general practitioner and a paediatrician. If additional specialist consultations are required, we use the assistance of consultants on duty at hospital wards: a surgeon, a cardiologist and a gynaecologist. We also offer all nursing care services. The Emergency Services are not offered as part of the National Health Fund (NFZ).
When to use
the Emergency Services
You can use the services of a physician or nurse as part of night-time or holiday-time medical care in the following cases:
- Abdominal pain, including appendicitis
- Fever
- Rotavirus
- Diarrhoea and inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract
- Pneumonia
- Bronchitis
- Chest pains
- Urinary infections
- Fractures
- Burns
- Nausea and vomiting

This is the reason why the Medicover Hospital also provides the services of an on-duty paediatric surgeon. Don’t hesitate to contact us if your child needs urgenthelp in an emergency, or needs medical care at night or an urgent consultation, including during weekends. The duty hours of the paediatric surgeon are from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00, including holidays. Our team will provide immediate first aid in the case of burns, cuts and other injuries.

The bus stop (Branickiego) is located approx. 50 m from the Hospital.

Dear Patients,
we would like to inform you that the three-level car park located opposite the entrance to the Hospital has narrow passages. Therefore, it can be difficult to manoeuvre (especially larger vehicles). In this situation, we recommend to use the external car park, which has 117 parking spaces and is located at the back of the building.
